Cod Cakes with Homemade Baked Beans and a Biscuit: A luncheon-sized portion of our famous handmade cod cakes, served with tartar sauce, baked beans and a biscuit. $7.95

Fresh Lobster Roll: Big chunkks of fresh-from-the-ocean PEI lobster, gently mixed with celery, a bit of onion and a dollop of real mayonnaise. Served on a light and fluffy homemade roll. Served with your choice of soup, salad or potato chips and apple slaw. $9.95

Smoked Salmon Bagel: A toasted bagel, smeared wtih cream cheese and topped wth the finest cold-smoked Atlantic salmon available. Add a few capers, some diced red onion and a squeeze of fresh lemon and you've got a real Island feast. Served with your choice of soup, salad, fruit or potato chips and apple slaw. $8.50

SOUP

Soup of the Day: Nothing from a bottle or a can here. We take local and organic ingredients and use them to create smooth and delicious soups. Perfect as a meal or with your salad or sandwich. Cup $3.50 Bowl $4.50

Soup and Salad Combo: Your choice of any salad (spinach-raspberry, garden, caesar or Greek) with a bowl of soup and hot rolls. $7.50

Seafood Chowder: A serious bowl of soup. Creamy broth, diced veggies, tons of seafood. With our homemade rolls, a complete meal. Bowl $6.50

FRESH SANDWICHES

All sandwiches are served with your choice of soup, salad, or our apple slaw and potato chips. Extra charge for Seafood Chowder.

Bread Choices: white, whole wheat, bacon, pumpernickel, scallion and feta flatbread, or gluten-free.

Chicken and Swiss: Warm sliced chicken breast smothered in melted swiss and topped with chipotle mayo. $8.25

PEI Club: Thick slices of Larkin Brotherís turkey, PEI roast beef, MacFarlane bacon and swiss cheese, stacked high on your choice of bread. Our big meat sandwich! $9.50

Rueben: Montague Smoked Meat by Island Taylored Meats on grilled pumpernickel bread with melted swiss, sauerkraut and 1000 Island dressing. $9.25

Smoked Turkey Breast on Scallion and Feta Flatbread: Island Taylored Meats sliced smoked breast of PEI turkey on our own flatbread. Served with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and sprouts. $9.50

Bacon-Lettuce-and-Tomato (BLT): Ranald MacFarlane's 'Pleasant Pork' on toast with mayo, crisp lettuce and a thick tomato slice. $7.50 Make it a Salmon BLT for an extra $2.50.

Spinach and Raspberry Salad: Our signature salad made from fresh organic spinach, raspberries, red onion slices, chunks of goat cheese, toasted pecans and our exclusive raspberry vinaigrette. Side Salad $5.00 Full Meal Salad $7.75

Add a warm sliced chicken breast to your salad for $2.50.

Garden Salad: All the usual stuff you expect in a nice green salad--organic mixed salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and any other veggies we can find in season. Side $3.50, Full Meal $5.00

Greek Salad: New this season! Cool cucumbers, fresh tomato, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese and Greek Vinaigrette. Side $5.00 Full Meal $7.50

Save room or prepare to unfasten your belt! Check the blackboard for dessert specials. Although desserts change from week to week depending on availability of local ingredients, we try to have these favorite desserts on hand at all times:

Bread Pudding: Comfort food! Soft, warm pudding topped with our caramel sauce fortified with a drop or two of Newfoundland Screech. $3.50

Carrot Cake: 3 layers of carroty-goodness topped with lemon cream cheese frosting and a candy carrot. $4.00

Chocolate Brownie Sundae: Homemade chocolate brownie topped with chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. $4.00
